1) I'm happy I have been through the time that you have to write letters to keep in touch with friends, then you write emails to keep in touch with friends and later, instant messages, facebook and chat application on smart phones. It's a good way for me to keep in touch with friends, family, and significant other. Thanks technology.
2) I'm happy that I followed Japanese comics and some other cartoons. Japanese comics or manga is very popular for Thai people and these comics are fun, creative and sometimes you learn about something new without realising it. There are various stories beyond what you can imagine. I'm glad I have been growing up with those. I'm always happy when I read them :-)
3) I'm happy that Youtube has existed. I have a chance to learn about self improvement, heart healing, life guidance, cooking, baking, dancing, sharing stories with people, and seeing friends's stories. Thanks technology.

Day 20 : 15 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy when I go to a theme park and/or a water park. I just love the thrill when I have the rides. Thanks to my parents that took me and brothers to an amusement park once a year for many years. It's almost our tradition :-)
2) I'm happy that two of my friends are getting married and I sort of matchmade them :-) I didn't expect much from them. I know my friend is looking for a partner and I know the guy who might suit her so the attempt happened. I'm glad they work and fall in love. It's a blessing.
3) I'm happy that I learn how to swim since I was young. I was only 7 years old when I first learned how to swim. It's not that easy but achievable. My first style was freestyle (front claw) and later I learned breaststroke when I was 10. Swimming is a great skill that most people should have.

Day 19 : 14 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy that I helped hitchhikers when I was traveling in France. I once hitchhiked when I was in Israel. The guy didn't even accept the money I offered. It's not a very far ride after hailing for many cars, I know hitchhiking is not easy. From that moment, I swear to myself if I saw anybody needed a ride, I will try to help them. Therefore, I did help 3 travelers when I was traveling in France.
2) I'm happy that I got to take care of my grandfather because he passed away. I didn't volunteer for it but I was glad I did it. I didn't complain that I had to sacrifice my free time to watch him in the hospital. I know I did the job for my parents who were busy working so I was a representative of my parents. When he passed away early in the morning, I think I was the last person that saw him (and he saw me). It was sad but I felt good being a good granddaughter for once for him.
3) I'm happy that I have helped out tourists in Thailand, esp. Bangkok. I'm not talking about my friends who visit Thailand or the visitors who want to meet me here. I really mean random tourists out there. I think that when I travel, I might need similar helps so I start helping out a little bit with the bus or the map even before I travel a lot like this. I remember when I was in high school, I wanted to help tourists but my English was not good so I got so excited that I couldn't figure out the right words. Moreover, I didn't know Bangkok that well back then. These days, I just say hello to tourists and offer them my help LOL!

Day 18 : 13 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy that Arjan Somphan taught me maths. He is advanced in his teaching techniques. I used to cry once because I couldn't solve his questions. His challenge urged me to study harder and tried to beat his tests. He usually doesn't give you 10 or 20 questions and get the score according to the number of the questions you answer correctly. He designs his own tests and maybe he gives you only 3 questions. If you got 2 questions, you got 70%, if you got 3 questions right, you get 100% and if you get only 1 right, you fail and be prepare to take another test :-( If also consider whether how you solved his maths make sense, not just the right answer. He is not a good looking man but he's cool and possesses beautiful brown eyes. I was so lucky to be one of his students.
2) I'm happy that Arjan Sonthaya taught me Thai Literature. Oh my Buddha! He's so passionate about his teaching and Thai Literature. Listening to him in the class is so inspiring! I have never thought I could get into Thai Literature without being in his class. I got so inspired that once I got a full score in Thai Literature exam. I was so proud because I'm not a reader. So much to catch up. He's awesome.
3) I'm happy that Arjan XXX taught me English grammar. Although my accent and my vocabulary were good, my grammar, in fact, was very poor in early secondary school. She helped to go over all the grammar again and again until I reached my first breakthrough, then I pretty much "got it". My knowledge in English has stepped up since then. Another time, my English got better after tutoring at Sanguan Tutoring School.

Day 17 : 12 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy that Pansin is my brother. I know we are different and you strive in your way when we were growing up. You have an amazing brain that I admire. You care for me and be kind. I'm thankful for you my brother.
2) I'm happy that Cheewit is my brother. You are so bright in our family. You are generous to me and I appreciate that. Thank you for spending time with me. You are an awesome brother.
3) I'm happy that I'm an eldest sister. I get to take care of my two little brothers. Now, I'm grown up and I feel like they little bit take care of me. It's a great experience for having a mother feeling before I become someone's mother (or maybe that day will not happen). I had fun teaching you and spending time with you, brothers. Lots of love.

Day 16 : 11 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy that I loved Mr. D. It was over after my long waiting. However, this love taught me a lot about love and life. You've been pretty kind all along. Thanks so much.
2) I'm happy that I loved Mr. H. You have taught me a lot of new things. I appreciate you are patient and try to understand and open up my innocent and naive world. Thank you for being a good boyfriend for the time being.
3) I'm happy that I loved Mr. R. You have brought me another level of happiness. I have learned many new things because I was your girlfriend. Thank you for being generous, kind and nice. I appreciate all the good things you have done for me.

Day 15 : 10 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy that my mother taught me how to cook. It's all start before I went studying my master degree in Sydney. When I was in Sydney, then I found myself quite enjoyed cooking. I got to be creative and fulfilled my craving by my own cooking. I got a chance to cook something I never tried before and some of the things I have never seen my mother cooked it either :-) It's a great experiment.
2) I'm happy that I got a second hand oven from my friend. Credit to Dave. Since then, I got to learn baking from Youtube, friend's advice and friend's recipe. Some baking is still too challenging for me but that's the charm of it. I got to bake some good things that I like such as brownie, rusty apple tart, apple crumble, soft cookies, fruit cakes. I got to try baking with my adapted recipe. Some work and some don't but that's my little science room :-)
3) I'm happy that I learned cooking foreign foods from my international friends. My friend taught me how to make sushi, how to make nizagana, Japanese curry. Another friend taught me how to make chili, how to make Indian curry in English style, etc. This is awesome!

Day 14 : 9 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy that I made it to Nuvo concert. I have been their fans for years since I was 14 I think...until after 25 that my craze for the band started to wear out. I was super lucky that I got a chance to go backstage. That was legendary! :-)
2) I'm happy that I made it to Liverpool match in Bangkok and Liverpool Stadium in Liverpool. I have been Liverpool's fan for years as well since I was 19 until now but after I was 29, I had little chance to follow them. I have dreamed since I was 20 with another friend that I wanted to go England just to visit Liverpool. LOL. It was stupid but last April, I made it there and it's much more than Liverpool that I have seen :-)
3) I'm happy that I went to Maroon 5 concert. I am a good fan of Maroon 5. Maybe it's not so many years, just from 2003-2004 onwards. About 5 years later, I had a chance to see Maroon 5 in Bangkok. I was so thrilled. Thank you P' Nu to accompany me :-)

Day 13 : 8 Aug 2015
Apart from English and Thai languages,
1) I'm happy that I learned Japanese language. Actually I only had a lesson for like 30 hours or so. It's a win-win situation. I paid my friend at very very friendly price and my 2 Japanese friends practised teaching me some basic Japanese lesssons. Although I barely have an opportunity to use it, I learn about how language shaped the people in Japan :). Do you know Japanese language have tense unlike most Asian languages and they happen to be punctual? Japanese writing and grammar are difficult. Pronunciation is easy. Listening is not so easy.
2) I'm happy that I took a Spanish course. Technically, I took 2 courses but due to the early morning class, I bailed out on the second course and I didn't even show up for the exam. Oops! I have my little dream to go around Central and South America where they speak Spanish except Brazil. So far, I only visited Peru which was amazing and diversified. I wish I could go back to South America for more. However, I hopefully visit Spain for the first time next year so I try to keep Spanish by practising online.
3) I'm happy that I'm taking a French course. It's quite silly that I took a French class after 9 years of working for 2 French companies and especially, I had already visited France lol. Before the trip, I was trying to break down how to pronounce French words but it's too difficult to do without proper guidance. In terms of pronunciation, French has given me some heachache on pronunciation. I haven't started with grammar yet. So far, it's kinda similar to Spanish but Spanish pronunciation is more friendly and straightforward. However, I hope to go back to France again at some point in this life. I love learning a new thing. French is good for my brain.

Day 12 : 7 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy I met Tony N. I usually mention Tony as my tennis partner although we didn't really play together, it's more like playing against each other! LOL. Tony is a really good guy. I am lucky to be his good freind. He often gives some interesting points of view. He is reliable, generous, sincere and kind. He's incredibly smart but quite hot tempered with silly things haha. When I'm in trouble, I know he will have my back. Thank you so much, mate :-)
2) I'm happy I met Lyndsey F. I first met Lyndsey through one of my ex boyfriends. They raced together and I happened to be at the event. We had a great time together from day 1. Lyndsey is energetic, outgoing, sincere, strong and generous to me. She could be pretty messy at times but I appreciate that she is trying to understand how I am and we are tuning in. She has becomed super busy since she was into triathlon while I was crazily busy with additional responsibilites at work. Yet, she spares some time together with me and with other friends to catch up. Although she's younger than me, I often admire how she manages to balance her life, her love and her friends. You mean so much to me, love :-)
3) I'm happy I met Dionne, Timo, Simon, Dave and Numsom. They are also those people who I can rely on. There are times I feel down and one of them or more give me some good advices and cheer me up. I appreciate you accept me to be a part of your group. When I think about one of those memorable parties. They are often a part of those memories. There are always a story to laugh about. Currently, we don't really live in the same country anymore. Just so you know, you are still on my mind. I'm deeply thankful that I have a group of friends like you guys. You guys are fantastic. :-)

Day 11 : 6 Aug 2015
1) I am happy that I worked for Acer Computer/Servex International. Let's say it's the same company because the company split into another company and then merged again LOL. I still keep in touch with some people from my first professional job. They are very sincere and very kind. I am happy and feel lucky to be a part of the group.
2) I am happy that I worked for L'Oreal. L'Oreal is a big big school for me. I entered a big change from the company environment which is very different from the previous company. I have adjusted to the things I'm not used to. Luxury brand. However, I have worked hard and fortunately, I nailed it! I am proud to work for them. I have grown up here...a lot for physical appearance. I get to meet many women talents. We are still in touch via Facebook :D
3) I am happy that I have worked for Schneider (ITB). The environment of Schneider and Schneider IT Business is quite different. I feel very warm welcoming here at ITB. I used the experience I got from the previous companies to execute the jobs here. I also learned something new out of the scope I used to handle. It's a great opportunity and it gives a few interesting benefits that I like here :-)

Day 10: 5 Aug 2015
1) I'm glad that Ruth visited me. Ruth is my first friend that visited Thailand since I came back to Bangkok. She is my first Irish friend who lived in USA for 10 years. We met in Australia. Ruth and her friend, Clara used to be my house mates when I was studying Master in Sydney. I even prepared myself by going around touristy places in Bangkok before her arrival and then I got to see why people think Bangkok is beautiful. We've got a few things to show off LOL! :-)
2) I'm glad that I visited Japan and met my 3 old friends in 1 trip, Hiromi, Wakaho and Hiroto. Again, I met them in Sydney Wakaho and Hiroto were also my classmates. I keep in touch with them via technology up to now. It's been 10 years :-)
3) I'm glad that I traveled with the company I work(ed) for. I mean we, employees, did travel with no work during our incentive trips. I had a chance to go to many countries that I have never been before such as Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, etc. These visits are a part of my traveling experiences on top of my personal trips :-)

Day 9: 4 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy that I dived in Similan, Thailand.
It was beautiful. The water is so clear. Great visibility. I saw manta rays and small animals like shrimps, mantis, nudi branch. The best diving site in Thailand. On the island, it is also beautiful.
2) I'm happy that I dived in Bali, Indonesia.
Mola Mola (Ocean Sun Fish), exotic nudibranch, Manta rays, and first time diving from the shore. Although the waves were strong and the current is fierce, it was a great experience.
3) I'm happy that I dived in Sipadan, Malaysia.
As of my today experience, it was my favourite diving place. Easy to dive, you saw many reef sharks, turtles, barracuda. A lot of animals are on the surface. I saw Moray Eel came out of the hole for the first time, ribbon eel, colourful nudibranch, baby octopus and giant octopus!

Day 8 : 3 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy that I went to Thetsabal 4 Primary School. It's so-called one of the poorest schools in Muang of Ratchaburi. I never thought that was true until I grew up. Many of my friends are literally poor or just poorer than my family but you know what? It's not a big deal when you are a kid. I find that my friends are very generous. Sometimes, more generous than I am . As I got a little money to school, I actually felt so poor at the school. It taught me that poor people are not bad. They are just poorer than you. This doesn't mean that they are more stupid than you or less nice than you.
2) I'm happy that I went to Ratchaborika Nukroh Secondary School. I went to the girl school in Amphur Maung Ratchaburi. It was a great time...perhaps the best time in my school life. I and my friends have done so many activities. It was the time that I grew up from a kid to be a teenager. I got to know many nice and smart friends. We got to speak up for ourselves and nobody bullied me for my first name or if they did, I didn't give a shit and they shut up. We were quite active for sports. The only time in my school life that I really got to learn many new sports and we tried hard to execute it. No easy mark for poor performance. Marvelous time of my life!
3) I'm happy that I went to Triam Udom Suksa School. TUSS is namely the best high school in Thailand. I was a little lucky that I chose English-Maths as my high school major so I passed the exam because there were fewer competition ratio. I know I was not the best student in Ratchaborika Nukroh School but due to my well preparation for the exam and reasonable acceptance ratio so I entered to the school. Year 10 is not really the best time in my life. I struggled with making friends as I was one of those coming from upcountry school. However, I was fine as I studied well and was pretty self-confident. If anyone wanted to bully me, think again LOL! My Year 11 was great. I made many more good friends that I loved and admired. Unfortunately, we didn't go to the same university and it was hard back then to stay in touch so I lost touch with most of them. Moreover, I had a good time to participate in activities in Year 11, my final year in Triam Udom Suksa School

Day 7: 2 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy that I learn how to play tennis. At first, I learned it because my mum thought I was the weakest person in our family as I often got sick whenever we traveled. I learned it the hard way thanks to my dad who was my first coach. It was not fun practising with him. At one point, I was being trained with a few other coaches but practice was not fun. The play for health became the play for victory less than a year. Instead of me liking it, after the first tournament, 3 competitions I started hating playing. I didn't like practising at all. I can't play with my friends much and my friends played without pressure because they didn't have to join any competition. After the second year, I quitted. However, some of the skills stick with me up to today and I play tennis once a week just for fun and personal improvement. I feel much easier :-)
2) I'm happy that I learn salsa dancing. When I worked for a cosmetic company, I came to the point that I didn't have a life and I did not sit around mourning, I took action. I figured out what activity/sport I could do with a little preparation and I could do it at night after work. Salsa dancing came up thanks to my Japanese friend I met in Sydney and the TV Show, So You Think You Can Dance. I started it. Struggled, Giving up at least 3 times, Dancing more. Keep doing and eventually, it becomes my hobby. I have sticked around for years now...a little bit on and off at times. Salsa gives me a new circle of friends, new experience with people in a small community and of course, new salsa moves :-)
3) I'm happy that I learn SCUBA diving. Within 6 months I after I learned salsa, I decided to learn SCUBA diving thanks to the trip to Sharm El Sheilk in Egypt. I traveled to many amazing dives and saw wonderful under water creatures and made and knew many new friends. Experience with diving is ace eventhough it's pricy and tough at times :-)

Day 6 : 1 Aug 2015
1) I'm happy when I think of a year break for work & holiday visa. I can easily break it down under many happinesses which I might do later. It was a great experience. Not only the incredible and picturesque scenery but also meeting amazing and lovely people. Plus, love :) There's more to it but I might mention later. One year in Australia for traveling and working in farms, it made me like there are many movie screens to my brain and when I came back to the old job, I felt like people are pretty much the same. Nothing has changed since I had been gone... That made me appreciated my own decision so much although I didn't end up getting a full time job there as I first hoped.
2) I'm happy when I think of my trip to UK. Well, the UK is officially the first country in Europe that I visited! Not only I was lucky with the weather that it only rained 3 days out of 14 days, I traveled with my good old friend, Aom and her friends. It was super cool. We got to drive around the country. UK. I pretty much visited as many cities that I can and I even went up to Scotland.
3) I'm happy when I think of my trip to Australia and NZ. It was pretty much the first family trip abroad together except my youngest brother. It is our little tradition, not to travel all 5 together abroad just in case the plane will crash lol. It was the first time I saw Bondi Beach just because it has a weird name. I've been to Sydney and Melbourne in the same trip and I think Christchurch and Southport as well where we spotted some seals during a boat trip. NZ is so beautiful and clean. I still remember the lake that reflects the colour of the sky. Incredible! I also remember we had an option to do a bungy jump and I got cold feet. I felt like it was too high and too cold. I didn't feel like my body was warm enough to stretch out after the jump. Luckily I didn't do it. That was before I realised I actually fear of height! LOL

Day 5 : 31 July 2015
1) It makes me happy when I think of me visiting Japan. Japan is one of the dream destinations for Thai people and I, for one. I was lucky to go there twice so far. It's one of those countries that is beautiful for 4 seasons and I have a few friends there. I remember I tried so hard to schedule my trips to catch up with them. It isn't cheap and easy doing so but it was worthwhile and great fun.
2) It makes me happy when I think of me visiting Yellow Stone National Park and Grand Teton National Park in USA. It was my first time to the US. I was glad that I got 10 years visa as well. It was the first time with me, my father and my brothers in pretty much 10 years. It was a spectacular and unique place. It's a wonderful family trip. Unforgettable! :-)
3) It makes me happy when I think of me visiting Taiwan. I saw some photos from a friend visiting there and it sparked me that Taiwan actually have beautiful natural resouces that I have never known. Eventually, I had an incentive company trip and I took a short trip solo. It was amazing, well-developped and good deal. I think Taiwan could be more famous if English is more available there. It's laid-back but not lazy and it's convenient and afforable. I think I pretty much live there if I can speak Mandarin :-D

Day 4 : 30 July 2015
1) I am happy that I have visited Nepal. It's pretty much the first time that I traveled abroad with my friends instead of my parents and it's for traveling, not for studying. I bought an air ticket for my friend for her birthday to fly over Everest! We trekked for 5 days which was tough for me back then. I was glad I made it! Thanks for the lovely weather and great companions.
2) I am happy that I have studied in Australia. One of the best things happening to my life! I think I have met life-time friends from 1 year-study. Not everything is perfect, but it's a great experience. Whatever I studied, friends I have, people I met. I have learned many things. I know myself better. I learn other culture. I find myself that I love cooking, etc.
3) I am happy that I have visited Egypt. Everyone should visit Egypt! It's so unique that it can't be compared to else where (personal opinion). From Egyptain history and Egypt today, I also learn that you can't live on your glorious history. You have to adapt and make yourself better because you might be the most powerful person for a period of time and later, you could become one of the poor people.

Day 3 : 29 July 2015
1) I'm happy to be friend with Ploy. We have known each other since high school and I still remember the moment she expressed her friendship and care to me. That was touched. She is very successful in work that sometimes I think she might have forgotten that we were closed friends but one time, she said to me "How many closed friends do you think I have?" and she said I will always be here close friend. That means a lot to me. I love you :-)
2) I'm happy to be friend with Aom. Aom is one of those intelligent person. She reads a lot and analyses. Her observation and knowledge sometimes beyond what I could imagine. She is also reliable and understanding person. We used to hang out a lot as we used to live nearby until we start growing up apart. However, I know you are there for me. I love you :-)
3) I'm happy to be friend with Nitch. Actually this is not her short name but that's how we call her. I used to think we might turn out to grow up in similar direction if only she's still alive. We live in the same city so we used to hang out a lot for a while until we start getting busy with our own lives. Yet we kept staying in touch every now and then until one day, she's gone quiet and I got sulking. I got sulking long enough to get over it myself which I now thought to myself, that was childish. Once I got over, I contacted her again and again to find out she passed away. That was a great shock for me and our friends. Her death taught me something about life. That somehow a little shapes what I do to my life today. I miss you. :-)

Day 2 : 28 July 2015
1) It makes me happy that Bangkok has BTS! BTS (Bangkok Transport System) or sometimes we call it a sky train have lifted up the standard of living of Bangkokian I'd say. It's efficient and convenient. Now it's getting a little pricy but it is one of the most of convenient ways to commute around Bangkok. No traffic, yeah!
2) It makes me happy that my condo has a gym facility including a swimming pool. I think the first 2 years when I moved in, I almost never used the gym or the pool but since I started using it, I was kinda keep it going and I think it's so convenient to make exercise happening :-) I'm getting (slightly) stronger!
3) It makes me happy that my room is in the west. I can see the sunset if I'm in the room in the evening. I used to think it's bad because it's very hot in the afternoon....which is kinda still not good esp in summer but I have enough tolerence to deal with the heat so this trade off well with the good view. I think I wouldn't wake up for early morning to see the sunrise so sunset is awesome.

21 consecutive days of writing about what makes me happy!
I don't quite remember when I was the last time I blogged. The very last time should be about my "Best Burger in Bangkok" project which I gave up due to no time and human resources...ah well. For Namrin on the Blog, the last time I blogged is longer than a few years ago. I can look at the link that make aside to this post though.
Why I blog agagin? Recently, I watched a program about how to be a positive person on Youtube. It is not like I'm a negative person but I think I can always be better. Self-improvement is something I would like to do and I more or less always do. This will perhaps open up more opportunities for me. Sometimes, I'm just overly spontaneous which I think it's good and fun as well as open up opportunities but people or even my subsconsciousness are little concerned about the consequences. Therefore, I hope being positive might bring good new things consistently in a better way :-)
The speaker in Youtube said that 21 days make it a habit so that's my goal.
Let's cut the craps and start!
Day 1 : 27 July 2015
1) I am happy to be raised by my parents, especially, my mother. They shaped me to be me today. Sometimes I think that I am unique but then, actually everyone is unique haha :-D. Just for the idea that I think I'm quite different for the people who have similar background. I had been very very stubborn when I was young. I'm so thankful that my mother is so smart to tame me. I have learned a lot from her. My dad is so smart that he could teach me maths when I was in high school. I couldn't imagine myself doing the same as he did. That moment I realise "Smart people have levels!" :-)
2) I am happy to be born in Thailand. Thailand is just a small third-world country. We are good but not that great. Yet, I'm content with Thailand. We have lovely weather, great food, cheap cost of living, fun attitude and beautiful natural resources. Although some Thai norms can be improved, that makes Thailand Thailand, doesn't it?
3) I am happy to be a Buddhist. I don't mean to sound religious. Actually I'm not but I'm quite lucky to study in a temple school when I was in a primary school. I was exposed to some Buddhist preaching and teaching. There are a lot of difficult things that I didn't understand when I was a kid but when I grew up, I understand better and better and whenever, I'm in pain mentally. I know that a part of friends and family, I can go back to Buddhism. Read and digest what Buddhism have taught me and how I can adapt those teaching to my life. It usually makes me feel better and make me emotionally smarter. This is so good that I could rescue myself although sometimes it takes a long time to heal my heart and my feelings. I still recommend :-)
That's all for now. I really hope I can finish 21 days! (Fingers crossed for me!)
